Politically the land belongs to the Canton of  Abangares in the province of Guanacaste,  The farm is located in the mountains of north east Costa Rica very close to the political border between the provinces of Puntarenas  and Guanacaste and only  5 miles away form  from  the world famous  touristic area of  Monteverde Our farm comprises of 10% primary forest, 70% luxury secondary forest, and 20% of regenerating pasture lands, which makes it special for conservation.

Located on the Range of Tilaran at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level. The land presents sort of a comfortable steep terrain which makes it perfect for building in function of the views. The are two water springs in both north and south side of the land and a small stream that marks the south borders of the property.
There are several locations which have breathtaking views of the Nicoya Gulf and lowlands, as well as the surrounding mountains of the area.

Access & Surroundings:
Our Farm has two accesses, one located north along a 700 meters public road  and one south  through  an easement. There are two neighbor farms one east and the other one west and south west.
Electricity & Water:
Public electricity and water are available. A small stream borders one side of the property.
